VISIT US
In order to maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask
that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. As a
courtesy to others, please remember that if your treatment
is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so
that the next guest isn’t delayed.

PAYMENT
The Spa accepts cash, traveler’s checks, gift cards,
and major credit cards as a method of payment for services
and products.
The attending Staff kindly accepts gratuities in the
form of cash, traveler’s checks, or personal checks.
RESERVATIONS
While every effort is made to provide a courtesy confirmation, please be sure to call us to verify your appointment time and service. You may also request an appointment online at least one week prior to your desired appointment date.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Please turn cell phones and pagers off or to vibrate and refrain from use while in Spa or Massage areas. We have children of our own and we love them. Due to the nature of our business, only children with an appointment are permitted at our Salon area. Please leave your valuables at home, as Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards are available at the reception desk, by phone, and now ONLINE! Gift cards must be presented at the time of check-in if you intend to use as your method of payment. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, transfer or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards have no cash value good for services at the time of purchase.

A 20% gratuity will be added to spa packages and groups of 3 or more.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate you respecting our cancellation policy. Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 100% services charge fee for non-cancellation. Cancellation notices given less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% charge of the originally scheduled treatment rate being billed to the reserving credit card. Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time, without compromising the next appointment.
